XR Marketing Business development program (BDP)

Our goal is to expand our reach throughout Ireland.We cannot do this by ourselves. We need ambitious hardworking individuals to help us hit our growth goals.

Throughout the (BDP) people learn all the required skills to run a successful direct marketing company. From basic entry level sales and sales coaching right through to office administration, business finances and the recruitment process.

Stage 1 + 2 :Field sales and development

Obviously the sales campaigns that we are involved in are very important to the clients. In order to give the best possible result, we must be able to co-ordinate the campaign and have a thorough knowledge of how the campaign works at every level.Our salespeople are the best in the business, having undergone excellent field training. Stage 3 :Leadership

This stage also gives our salespeople a higher level of responsibility, including campaign & territory management and most importantly, problem solving. We encourage personal, as well as professional growth - we do this with the opportunity to attend seminars and the chance to network with successful people in our industry.

Stage 4 : Team Leadership

As one of the advanced stages of the BDP, Stage 4 involves our candidates in the 'behind the scenes' processes of what we do. This includes data entry, human resources and most importantly, administration.

Development and increased confidence are the main goals of this Stage and candidates are encourage to step outside familiar environments to achieve this.

A team leader is still heavily field based as to assure that high standards are maintained throughout as they also learn the value of good time management and how to delegate.

Stage 5 : Business Owner Development

After completing Stage 4 of the BDP, candidates are further coached in the crucial areas of administration, business finance, recruitment - in short, the day-to-day operations of a busy, successful marketing company. Traditionally this person is 80% field based and 20% office based.The main aim of Stage 5 is to develop and encourage a solid business person & entrepreneur - capable of running and building a high-energy, fast-paced office.

This is normally done over a 3 month period.

Month 1 - Watching:- Shadowing the director from early morning to late evening and learning all the core processes in office management.

Month 2 - Co-running:- Working alongside the directors, planning for the office and organising all meetings throughout the day.

Month 3 - Running:- This person now has full control of the office from what meetings to run, pairings , territory management and all the day to day processes involved in running the office. The directors take a backseat role in order to allow this person to become more independent. This is in order to make sure that when the new location/client is opened that they have dealt with all possible issues and are fully prepared for anything that may arise.
