Stage Two development includes:

  • Ongoing coaching, assessments and recommendations to ensure your success


Personal Development is paramount at the Stage Three level.  Coaching in Stage Three concentrates not only on increasing confidence, but also being able to coach and develop others.


Stage Three focuses on:

  • Presenting yourself in a professional manner
  • Planning and organisation
  • Coaching others
  • Assessing performance

At  Stage Four, you start to build your own team.  You are achieving your own success in marketing our products and services  and you can pass that on to others through our coaching and mentoring program.

Stage Four prepares you to lead your own team and be a dynamic leader:

You will learn how to  manage and motivate your own team and capitalise on your strengths.  Our management team will work with you on a daily basis to ensure hit your targets and understand the full workings of the business moving forward.

At Stage Five you will get down to the nitty-gritty of running your own business.  You will learn the ins and outs of the business and how to successfully create and manage your own operation.
